Meet the Trainer: Stanley Ng
Stanley Ng is a mindfulness practitioner committed to making mindfulness accessible to the community. Holding a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from the University of Oxford, he takes an evidence-based approach to teaching. His work focuses on practical techniques that foster well-being and resilience in everyday life.
Through Mindful Circle, Stanley has led workshops for diverse audiences, offering simple, actionable practices to support growth and well-being. His approachable style ensures that participants from all backgrounds feel engaged and included.
