Mindfulness in the Garden offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness in a natural setting. Participants will begin with light breathing exercises and stretches to prepare for a guided mindful walk through a serene garden. The focus will be on simple, grounding practices such as noticing the breath, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment. This event is designed to provide a calm, refreshing experience suitable for individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels.
