Come and join us in this in-person workshop as we understand and learn the warning signs of burnout, the impact of it on our wellbeing, as well as practical self-care options that will help us be more resilient with stress and prevent burnout at our workplace.
About the Speaker:
Ms Chin Ga Li, MSc, NCC | Counsellor at Shan You Counselling Centre
Gali has over 4 years of clinical experience working as a full-time mental health counsellor at Shan You Counselling Centre. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Eastern Illinois University, USA and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, USA. She is committed in helping her clients to find wholeness, insights, and healing as they work through difficulties using cognitive behavioural and narrative approaches. Gali has worked with a variety of mental health issues including depression, grief, anxiety, relational concerns, as well as adjustment and existential issues.
