In recent years, our society has become more open about mental health challenges. You might have heard about counselling from mental health campaigns, social media, friends, or family.

So what’s counselling, really? Can it help? Where do I go? What can I expect? Is counselling really for me?

Join Ga Li, a mental health counsellor at Shan You Counselling Centre, in this interactive webinar where she shares about the process of counselling, clarifies common misconceptions, and explores when counselling can be helpful. You will also learn some simple skills that would help you listen and support others better.
