Mid-Month
Mindful Space @ Shan You

Shan You’s staff has a daily Mindful Space of 15 minutes every morning where staff members are welcomed to spend time together in silent mindful sitting. This is not compulsory and offers a choice.

We would like to extend this Mindful Space out by hosting a mid-month Mindful Space.

For those who have completed a MBCT programme either with us or elsewhere or a MBSR programme, we host a mid-month gathering for practice and sharing of information with regards to mindfulness. We hope to support ongoing personal practice by creating a space.

At the end of session, there is opportunity for people who apply mindfulness in their professional lives to stay on and meet or to adjourn for tea/coffee.

There is a suggested minimum donation of $10 towards the running cost for venue and logistics. Anything more will go towards a fund for mindfulness projects. Advanced registration is needed to facilitate our planning and preparations.

(Sessions only commence if there is a minimum of 10 participants per session)
