The three key areas of services we deliver are as follows:

1. CLINICAL SERVICES

(i) Individual and group counselling for children, youths, couples, families, and the elderly     who require support for physical, emotional, behavioural or social difficulties.

(ii) Administer psychological testing (e.g., personality and educational) and assessment      services.

(iii) Public and professional education programmes to promote physical and mental              well-being for children, youths, couples, families, and the elderly.

(iv) Consultation on mind-body medicine with the educational, healthcare, social service           and corporate sectors.

(v) Workplace health promotion to equip corporate personnel with skills to prevent and       manage stress to enhance organisational productivity.

2. SOCIAL SERVICES for the ELDERLY

(i)  Mentoring and befriending services to the elderly and adults to enhance their physical,      emotional, social and spiritual lives.

(ii) Food ration distribution for individuals and families with financial difficulties to meet their      basic needs.

(iii) Group work for patients and their caregivers to enhance their emotional, mental,       physical, social and spiritual well-being.

(iv) Behavioural health public and professional education programmes to equip the elderly       and their carers with knowledge and skills to lead a gracious and healthy lifestyle.

(v) Intergenerational programmes that promote optimal family cohesion.

(vi) Volunteering and mentoring opportunities for the elderly to assist others in active       aging.

(vii) Training of volunteers and paraprofessionals to serve the needs of the elderly from        various social service organisations.

3. SOCIAL SERVICES for YOUTHS

(i) Mentoring and befriending services to youths to enhance their physical, emotional, social      and spiritual lives.

(ii) Group work for youths and their parents to enhance their physical, emotional, social and      spiritual well-being.

(iii) Public and professional education programmes to equip youths with leadership       knowledge and skills.

(iv) Behavioural health public and professional education programmes to promote physical      and mental well-being for children, youths.

(v) Volunteering and mentoring opportunities for the youths to extend the population of      elderly served to promote inter generational bonding and active aging.

(vi) Training of volunteers and paraprofessionals to extend the population of youths served.
